GOLF LESSONS
Every lesson with Lucas is a separate experience using Mr. Palmer’s Method. We draw up a plan with goals and drills tailored for your swing to maximize your improvement. I send out an email of drills and goals for each lesson knowing that most people play great during the lesson and have a hard time transferring that play the next time they come back. My goal is to help improve not only your golf swing but your enjoyment of the game and all that encompasses Golf.
TIP OF THE MONTH - PRACTICE WITH A PURPOSE

How are you going to use this time to the advantage of your golf swing. First of all, never hit golf balls without warming up. Do some knee bends, leg stretches, make some pivots, anything to get your body moving in an athletic conduct. Now you are ready to swing a golf club but don’t start by reaching for your driver. Pull out your sand wedge or pitching wedge to loosen your golfing muscles with half swings. Once you are ready for a full swing, establish your practice session. If for example you are working on alignment, set up your station accordingly. When you are going to the practice tee, you are not going just for mindless exercise. You are trying to teach your muscles to do something here that you can use out on the golf course. The better you practice and the more organized your practice session is, the more you will be able to enjoy your round of golf without thinking about it. So the next time you go to the driving range, practice with a purpose and don’t just go for the sake of pounding golf balls.
